Cockleshell Lodge is a refurbished three bedroom lodge, nestled in a spectacular setting on the shores of Otter Ferry, West Coast Scotland. The property is designed to enjoy stunning sea views overlooking Loch Fyne. A perfect hide-away to unwind in a beautiful & tranquil setting. The lodge comprises of a spacious open plan living area with comfortable lounges, TV, and a wood burning stove. Spectacular loch views are featured from your living room through the large patio door windows leading out to a decking area. View the changing tides and abundance of sea birds. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all the modern appliances, including a full-size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6. Highlights of Cockleshell is the spacious rooms & sea views. The Master bedroom offers side window views over the bay. Spacious & light with your own ensuite (shower & toilet only) this is a perfect haven for a restful retreat. There are two twin bedrooms, and a shared family bathroom with shower. The lodge is ideally situated on the waterfront in the privately owned Ballimore Estate, a wonderful base to explore the boundless historical and scenic attractions that are on offer in this beautiful region, to the many leisure pursuits including walking, hiking, cycling, fishing and sailing, there is something for all. Within walking distance (0.8 mile) the well-known Oystercatcher pub restaurant in Otter Ferry located right on the waterfront offering first class food and award-winning ales brewed locally in the nearby Fyne Ales Brewery at the top of Loch Fyne.
