Welcome to a home away from home everything is private and yours to use only. double bed with new bedding, private living room with sofa , extra heaters for cold nights, fast fibre WIFI and private bathroom. There is so much to do in the area and is walking distance to everything. 5 mins walk to train station 4 minutes walk to shopping, library, McDonalds and bus stops. Absolutely No parties/ late night social events. gatherings or friends are allowed but only until quiet hours. ( unless staying ) Due to previous guests having police called on them from neighbors, secret parties, late loud gatherings.

The private family property is located in a residential 'new build' close Which is a family area that is safe and quiet. if you are looking for a party house, this is not for you! But if you want a quiet , safe , family area. My place is perfect for you. the apartment is comfy with very fast fiber WIFI electric shower for constant hot water and portable heaters It is central , 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station (lower Sydenham) 5 stops to London bridge 15 minutes walk to the next closest station (Sydenham station) There are many restaurants, pubs, shopping facilities and library within a 5 minute walk. McDonalds Aldi major Sainsburys store next gyms.
