A completely private and standalone Studio Apartment to guarantee guests their complete privacy and safety. Stay in this modern Studio that comes with all amenities in the 25sqmetre space in a very quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of Bracknell Train Station, High Street, Restaurants (Lexicon Shopping Centre), shops and parks in centrally-located place in Ascot / Bracknell. The Studio comes with its own private en-suite shower, kitchenette and washer/dryer combo. Includes free Wi-Fi, TV with Firestick
Contactless check in and Check out. Self Catering.
Please note: The Studio has slopes in ceiling (eves), and can be an issue if you are exceptionally tall. Please see photos prior to booking.
Parking Notice:
We do not have driveway or garage.
We recommend the use of parking apps to find a dedicated and safe parking space near the Studio which you should be able to find within a couple of minutes walking distance.
If you wish to park on the road at your own risk - PLEASE PARK OFF THE PAVEMENT IN FRONT OF THE STUDIO UNDER THE STREET LIGHT – the pavement is used by pedestrians and disabled users and their mobility scooters.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON SPRING MEADOW IN FRONT OF HOUSES – neighbours park their cars and vans in front of their houses and need constant access.
A very quiet neighbourhood, peaceful and relaxing place.
Easy walking access to local Bracknell bus station and train station - 15mins walk. Within 10mins walk to Tesco and Waitrose and nearby parks. 15mins walk to Lexicon Bracknell Shopping Centre; 5minutes drive to Ascot Race Course; 10mins drive to Coral Reef; 15mins drive to Windsor Castle.
