(No high vis clothing or work vans if working) Honicombe Manor Holiday Park is set on the Cornwall/Devon border, close to Dartmoor National Park and a range of beaches. It is surrounded by fields, woodland and streams along with offering magnificent views, to offer a lovely tranquil break. Explore the wealth of on-site facilities including two swimming pools, mini gym, games room and tennis court, as well as a gorgeous restaurant/bar where you can dine out on an evening away from the kitchen.
This property is found in the lovely market town of Callington where you can sample a selection of local delicacies at the choice of cafés, bakeries and restaurants, making sure not to leave without tasting a bite of a traditional Cornish pasty.Gunnislake offers a handy convenient store and local pub for when you want to venture out on an afternoon to stock up on essentials and sample to local ale.Just a couple of miles from this Honicombe Manor cottage is Cotehele, a National Trust estate by the River Tamar with woodland walks and formal gardens, with Cotehele Mill and Morwellham Quay also in reach.For the less energetic, take a train from Gunnislake to Plymouth, enjoying the spectacular scenery of the Tamar valley on the way.
