This is a newly renovated detached cottage, finished to a high standard. It is situated in the pretty village of Welwick, close to Withernsea and Patrington. It has a galley kitchen, dining room, cosy lounge and a large conservatory overlooking a fully enclosed large private garden, which is perfect for children and dogs. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with king size beds, and 1 child small adult room with a small single bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs, and free wifi. All bedding, towels and luxury dressing gowns are provided for your comfort. Outside there is a 6 person hot tub in a purpose built cabin, with a separate shower enclosure. Down the bottom of the garden you can enjoy the BBQ, Chimnea and seating, with soft lights coming on at dusk. Please note that if we dont have 24 hours notice before your booking the hot tub will probably not be ready until the following morning.

I like DIY, and are by trade a Shop Fitter/Joiner. I live on a farm about 6 minutes from the property, and really enjoyed renovating this house, so much so that I am purchasing another one to run along side this one, which is in the same area

This is a lovely village, and the property has the benefit of being behind the local pub, which serves real ales and food. The area has lots of walks, and some fantastic dog friendly beaches with lots of surrounding farm land, so wherever you go, you can enjoy peace and tranquility if that is what you seek
