Property info

Fully refurbished and newly decorated private rooms with secure entry. There are a total of seven bedrooms each accommodating two guests with some rooms having en suite bathrooms. All rooms are modern and decorated to a high standard, access through fob entry providing extra security for your belongings. Tv's, towels, free tea and coffee available in each room. Ironing facility available to use. Free Wifi available to guests. Three rooms have ensuites and four rooms have access to high spec bathrooms. Plenty of road parking available nearby. Check in 3pm-7pm Check out 12pm Please advise of your estimated arrival time once booked.

Located close to the city centre (1 mile) and Liverpool / Everton FC (0.5 miles) regular bus services nearby. Excellent location for visitors or football fans alike.
