North and South Stables and Crabtree farm are modern rustic two-bed country stable with heaps of natural wood beams, balanced with modern fixtures. A beautiful retreat and a different kind of country getaway. Stunning, recently redecorated Stable. Completed in the summer of 2020, the landscape is reflected in the design with plenty of natural greens, warm greys and dusky pinks with organic textures and locally-made art pieces. Our family home - Crabtree Farm is an 18th century Grade II listed farmhouse situated on the outskirts of the rural village of Hastingleigh, an area of outstanding natural beauty high on the Kent Downs. We have two cosy converted stables, the north and south, backing on to 10 acres of beautiful open fields.

Hi, Andrew, an ex-North Yorkshire lad that lived in London for 24 years. We moved to the countryside to breathe that fresh air and make a complete change to our lifestyles; we haven't looked back since.

The historic village of Wye is only 3 miles away, here you will find gastro pubs, boutique restaurants, a bakers, butchers, a great coffee shop and a well stocked general store which is open 7 days a week. There is also a farmers market every other week, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.
