Peaceful Croft cottage, Within half a Mile of the famous route 500, newly refurbished though-out, Sea views over the pentland firth, large spacious gardens, just a short walk from the Beach. Melvich and strathy beaches are famous for there golden sands and surfing. Electric car charging point within half a mile. There is a post office, Hotel with restaurant and bar, and a little community coffee bothy within walking distance. Thurso is about 30 min drive.
We are highland cattle farmers, we breed pedigree highland cows and black face sheep we live 15 miles from the Melvich in Forsinard,
Melvich is a small village on the Famous north coast 500, In Melvich itself there is a small post office, a hotel, a coffee boffy, and a Electric charging point for your car. Melvich also has award-winning beaches. Beautiful walks. And scenery to die for. Thurso so is the nearest town about 40mins drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, and a few shops. You can also commute to many of the famous attractions and catch a ferry across to the islands from Scrabster.
