The property is 5 miles East of Grantham access via either the A52 or B6043 and within easy reach of the A1 and the market towns of Grantham, Melton Mowbray, Stamford and Oakham. With excellent road, rail and bus links from Grantham, it makes exploring the nearby cities of Lincoln, Leicester, Peterborough and Nottingham simple. Nearby are fishing lakes, golf courses, manor houses including a castle, a nature reserve with water sports and numerous walks.
