On Talland Hill, Crows Nest is a short, but steep walk down the lane to the village, harbour & beach. A uniquely modern restoration of a Victorian rectory, fitted to the highest standards. Large rooms, big windows and uncluttered furnishings, allow for spacious, comfortable living. A private roof terrace allows for al fresco dining whilst overlooking the sea. On-site parking is included

The beautiful village of Polperro boasts four traditional pubs open all year round and a host of Restaurants and Cafe's, some of which have seasonal opening. Village shops can supply all your daily essentials. Three bakeries will help you feast on rustic breads, pasties and cakes. Located in an area of 'Outstanding Natural Beauty' the South West Coastal Path runs through the village and the local walks are truly exceptional.
Reliable buses serve the village with routes to Looe, Plymouth, Liskeard, Polruan/Fowey and the local villages. Taxis are also readily available.
