This property has recently been renovated to an exceptional standard, with added stylish features and thoughtful touches for our guests to enjoy. Weve called it Daffodil House as we were inspired by William Wordsworth who wrote the famour poem about Daffodils - he lived in Cockermouth and his house, now a National Trust property, can be found in less than a 10 minute walk down into the town centre. We wanted our house to give guests a unique Cumbrian experience and help guests to reconnect with nature. This colourful, spacious property sleeps six people. All furniture is new with high quality orthopaedic mattresses provided in each bedroom. All the amenities provided are also new with Wi-Fi and a complimentary tablet available for guests to make the most of their stay with us. Street parking is available outside the property and we welcome pets.

Cockermouth is a beautiful market town, full of restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops. The river Cocker runs parallel to the town making it the perfect place to pause and relax by after enjoying the nearby sites and attractions. Less than a 10-minute drive from Cockermouth leads you to Bassenthwaite Lake, one of the most northern Lakes in the Lake District. Here you can walk, paddleboard, sail or simply have a picnic with family to take in the astonishing surroundings
