Dave is Lochinver born and bred and is both a regular hillwalker, amateur archeologist and photographer - he has walked the walks around the area, climbed the mountains and knows all the best paths. Caren is the creative one and is responsible for the unique decoration in each of the rooms and all of the delicious freshly prepared homevcooked breakfasts.

Property info

Davar looks over the loch and harbour of Lochinver and has spectacular views of Suilven and Cul Mor behind the village as well as Lochinver bay and harbour. We regularly have red deer on the hill in front of the house. Davar is the ideal base to explore the North West Highland Geopark.

Neighborhood info

Assynt has some of the most spectacular mountains anywhere. It is situated in the heart of the North West Highland geopark and is a haven for hill walkers, fishers, mountaineers, geologists and archaeologists. We also have some stunning beaches.
