Our 1st floor grand duplex has 4m high ceilings with the original 150yr old cornicing and chandeliers in the lounge with feature hand carved fireplace and was fully refurbished earlier this year using high quality finishes and furnishings .It has views directly over Kelvingrove park and is located in the exclusive Park area Glasgows top residential address . The apartment has oak flooring with granite worktops in the fully equipped kitchen ,underfloor heating and fully tiled bathrooms,with power shower and Philp Stark bathtub Linn audio ,superking bed in master with blackout curtains ,mood lighting and tasteful art .
I am a professional landlord of 25 years renting mainly high end residential property in Glasgow with a selection of high quality apartments for short term lets .
