Distillery Apartment is a bright and airy apartment in a quiet residential area of the beautiful town of Elgin. The apartment has been tastefully refurbished with good facilities throughout. There is a small enclosed garden area to the rear of the property, with good off-road parking and a private garage. Located just 5 minutes walk from Elgin train station and 15 minutes from the town centre, the apartment is ideally located for short/long stays and as a base to the Speyside whiskey trail
I am an experienced and active property investor who takes a lot of pride in providing high quality accommodation at everyday rates for contractors and holidaymakers alike. When i'm not involved in my property business, i enjoy nothing more than escaping to the hills for a hike in some of the most beautiful countryside in the country.
Elgin is a thriving town with great ambition to become the centre of choice for the shopping savvy and tourist alike. The town is undergoing major redevelopment and has everything to offer, from quality shopping stores, to beaches a short distance to the North, and the world famous whiskey trail to the South. Distillery Apartments are well located in a quiet part of the town, but within easy access to the bustling high street and major transport routes.
