The location is great ideal for families with young children who love a great beach and a walk with a great ice cream from either of the two ice cream parlours also there are some nice eating places our favourite is The harbour lights down obviously overlooking the harbour, There is a wealth of interesting places to see not far from lossiemouth and the whole area is such a nice place.

Plenty to do around Lossiemouth.

Plenty to do around Lossiemouth. Lot's of takeaway food options nearby. Good golf courses on hand and beautiful beaches. Options for wildlife watching nearby and there is always the activity at the RAF base for those interested. Lossie is a great staging point for day trips around Moray.

I love Lossie and had been a frequent visitor in past years.

I love Lossie and had been a frequent visitor in past years. It is one of my happy places. The pier for breakfast is lovely, The Harbour Lights for lunch and tasty treats and for a really enjoyable few drinks with locals and visitors, the Smugglers is a must. There is also a bakery, Gelato shop and various other wee places that are worth a visit, as well as several takeaways. There is a good sized Co-op on the road past the school for anything else and handy if self catering. East beach is one of the best beaches, and on my last visit walked twice. It was a favourite walk when I had a dog. Didn't see any RAF flights this time, but I do enjoy them roaring across the beach and out towards the sea.

It’s a lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

It’s a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. Lovely beaches - the west and east. Good places to eat - the Golf View hotel and the Coulard Inn and a great fish and chip shop. The Turkish coffee shop is excellent and Miele’s ice cream is a must.

Has a beautiful lovely sandy beach, with sand dunes to shelter from windy days. Lovely cafes and ice cream shops by the beach front. Plenty of places for a takeaway or to enjoy dining out. If the sun is out you wont be dissappointed. We also go to the landmark park every year which is just over an hour's drive away, we also visited Spynie Castle, had a bike ride to Spynie Loch, a trip to Brodie Castle and bike ride to the West beach. Lots more to do in the surrounding area, but the sun shone on our time there so we spent lots of time at the beach, which was just what we had hoped for.

Loved being so close to the beach and the park itself was kept beautifully. Our shower wasn’t working and the park showers for women were decommissioned. Lossiemouth itself was pleasant and all the beaches were kept clean and tidy. The local pool was nice too. Siri the staff we met were very friendly and helpful

Everything was perfect. Magical location easy for walks and just to enjoy spectacular views of the Moray Firth. I grew up locally and was always fascinated by our beautiful lighthouse at the beach, so it felt like staying with an old friend. The house has been furnished beautifully and so comfortable, whilst maintaining the unique characteristics of the cottage.

We’ve been to Lossiemouth a few times so know it quite well. We usually stay in a hotel. However, after staying in Tignabruaich Annexe we would definitely stay here again. All the facilities were excellent. The breakfast supplied was more than adequate. Ann and John are a lovely, welcoming couple.

Skerryview had everything you needed to stay for a long weekend in Lossiemouth to explore in and out of the area, whether visiting beaches, distilleries or playing golf. A quiet location with coastline views. Lossiemouth doesn't have many options for dinner so the full equipped kitchen was ideal!
