Welcome to your luxurious double room suite in a newly built detached home in Pine Trees Estate. Close to the M40 Junction 4, with High Wycombe town centre and Bucks University just a 10-minute drive away. There's a Morrisons Daily within the estate (10 mins walk). Your 2nd-floor room has a double bed with a coil-sprung mattress, a study table, a chair, bedside tables, a chester, and an attached bathroom with plenty of cabinets. A kettle is available on request. This is our new Suite 1 in a large detached property with ample space in the estate. Your room is on the 2nd floor. There are a number of guest parking spaces around the property which are available for guest use. We are family-friendly and appreciate your need for privacy. We are a working household, preferring busy professionals or travellers for overnight stays in their own private suites and we will try our utmost to accommodate your schedule. Access is via a common entrance controlled by family members, hence we request checkout by 9 am at the latest. For multi-day bookings, please share your access times to depart before 9 am and arrive between 5 pm and 10 pm to allow us to manage access and quiet times! This is a room-only accommodation with an en-suite; please ask if in doubt. Getting to the property: Please meet your host at the property after five o’clock. The host will be in charge of letting you in. Just a heads-up, there are no separate keys for the property, (except for the room keys, where applicable) To allow the hosts to get on with their work day, guests are requested to adhere to the latest 9 am departure and 5pm to 10pm arrival, applicable as a daily routine for multi day stays as well.
