We pride ourselves in offering the best quality accommodation and hope our past, present and future Guests enjoy their stay here. The guest house is Victorian and the rooms blend the best of modern and period features. Dunedin is in a tree lined avenue with Penzance Promenade and the sea is at the bottom of the road, 5 minutes walk from the front door. The town centre itself is only 10 minutes walk away. There is free wi-fi throughout the property. Free on street parking is available on Alexandra Road and the surrounding roads.

Penzance is located on the south-westerly tip of England, nestled in the centre of Mounts Bay, and over looked by the majestic St Michael’s Mount. Penzance is Cornwall’s largest and most westerly borough with it’s location an ideal base for a holiday in Penwith. Its central location and excellent road links allow easy and convenient access to the best sights in Penwith, and many believe the best England has to offer. The coastline around the Land’s End Peninsula is dominated by the grandeur of the cliffs, which overlook the pristine sandy beaches and clear blue seas. The miles of rugged Cornish countryside is dotted with ancient monuments and industrial heritage that remind us of the long history and traditions the county has to offer.
