The Steading sits in a magical position at the head of Loch Dunvegan. With fantastic panoramic views and direct access to the beach, we are a perfect location from which to explore the prolific birdlife and to watch the seals, otters and other marine life. There are plenty of walks you can undertake from here, including the MacLeod's Tables. All our rooms look out onto the water and are located on the ground floor with en-suite facilities. Breakfast is served in the main room with great views across the loch.
We are excited to be able to share this unique location with others and want our guests to feel welcomed and relaxed throughout their stay. We have had 20 years’ experience of running a B&B in Edinburgh and are continuing our business on Skye from our family home.
The village of Dunvegan is an 8 minute drive or a 30 minute walk away where you can find shops, cafes, restaurants, a bakery and a petrol station. Dunvegan Castle and its wonderful gardens is nearby as is the famous restaurant The Three Chimneys.
