Property info

A comfortable traditional house which has been modernised to make it perfect for your stay. It has a new bathroom and kitchen, comfortable lounge with TV (and Netflix). Downstairs is one double bedroom, whilst upstairs is a double bedroom and a single bedroom, plus the bathroom. At the rear of the property is a yard which doubles as a private parking space, with CCTV monitoring your vehicle.

Langley Moor High Street is only 2 miles from the centre of Durham, which makes it really convenient for the city's sights and attractions. It's also close to Durham University and transport links like the A1. Right outside the house you'll find amenities like two supermarkets, a post office, takeaways, cafes and pubs.
