A prestigious guest house in the leafy area of Mossley Hill. All rooms have access to a shared kitchen and laundry facilities. Please note that we have a house dog on site that also has access to the house. He's a lovely cocker spaniel. Please be sure you're comfortable with this before booking. If in doubt, send us a message :) Please also note that we have the following policies: - zero-alcohol policy (no alcohol can be consumed or brought onsite) - zero smoking or vaping policy - no external guests (unless agreed in advance of your stay) - quiet hours between 8pm and 8am - no parties, social events or gatherings Key features: - hotel quality superking size beds and linens - excellent wifi - state of the art heated outdoor pool and gardens - free parking - private, lockable rooms - Sonos wifi speakers - access to a kitchen and laundry facilities shared with other guests - note that some rooms have a shared bathroom, please check the room details prior to booking to be sure - television-free property, there are no televisions at the property to maintain a peaceful atmosphere

Mossley Hill is a beautiful suburb of Liverpool close to Sefton Park and many Beatles-related tourist attractions such as Penny Lane. The city centre is easily accessible by direct train from Mossley Hill Station (just a 5 minute walk from the house) or by car in ~15 minutes.
