Breakfast, cooking or food preparation facilities, crockery, cutlery, food storage facilities and guest fridges are not provided. Well-maintained and carefully managed, The Ullapool Rooms is well suited to couples and solo travellers who value quiet, cleanliness and an easy central location within walking distance of the harbour and village amenities. To maintain cleanliness and avoid lingering odours, hot food and takeaways must not be brought into or consumed in the building. All guests are required to complete guest registration, including agreement to our house rules, before the stay begins. Registration can be completed digitally before arrival or in person at check-in. Guests accept responsibility for any damage or missing items caused by them or members of their party during their stay, excluding fair wear and tear. Reasonable, evidenced costs may be recovered by the property in line with the booking terms, our Terms & Conditions and House Rules.
