Comfortable bright and sunny cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen-diner. private garden and private off-road parking for up to 6 vehicles.Views over Elgin and the Cairngorm mountains beyond. Peaceful location set iwithin 5 acres of gardens and woodland belonging to a georgian mansion.
I live adjacent the cottage and am available for assistance if required or helpful information on things to visit, do and see.
The cottage site is 50 m from a fish and chop shop, two convenience stores, and local shops. The town centre is a 5 min brisk walk away and there is an ice skating and rink and leisure centre justa short walk along the river bank. Dogs are welcome and there are wonderful walks for them in Cooper park adjacent the site and along the river bank.
