Elm House is our stunning new-build block of apartments, in central Reading. The property boasts modern furnishings, a bright feel and real 'home-from-home' experience for our guests. Elm House is located local to lots of shops, amenities and restaurants and is a mere 2-min walk from Reading West Station and a10-min walk from Reading Main Station and Reading Town Centre. The bedrooms offer ample storage, modern fittings and smartTVs. The high-spec bathrooms are fitted with power showers and toiletries. The kitchen boasts built-in appliances, such as an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave as well as a toaster and kettle. In addition, we also offer cooking utensils and crockery to be able to cook your own meals. The property is conveniently located in a residential area, less than 2-min walk from local shops and amenities. Reading Town Centre is a mere 10-min walk away. There is no parking at Elm House, as it is a centrally located property but there are nearby car parks. Please enquire about discounted parking if required. The property is in a shared building of apartments.
