We're a South African family who fell in love with a quiet corner of England — wide-open skies, ancient woodland, and a coastline steeped in legend. In 2020, we took on our award-winning Enchanted Manor to build the kind of boutique guest house we'd want to stay in ourselves. Built in 1838, the Manor sits in Niton, within the Isle of Wight's National Landscape (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) with a Heritage Coast on our doorstep, and in a certified dark sky area, a 10-minute walk from St Catherine's Lighthouse. Every room is dressed in original artwork by fantasy painter Josephine Wall, with a four-poster bed for a proper night's sleep. Peta is our resident mystic, yogi, and healer; Kevin is our explorer and all-around handyman; and his daughters Montana (vegan chef) and Alexandra (front of house) look after the creative details. Growing up in the African bush, we see ourselves as custodians of this small corner of the world. We built this place for one reason: to help people relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect.

Welcome to Enchanted Manor, a 5-star boutique guest house on the southern coast of the Isle of Wight, built in 1838 in the village of Niton — within the Isle of Wight's National Landscape (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and a 10-minute walk from St Catherine's Lighthouse. We have 7 individually decorated suites, each built around original artwork by fantasy artist Josephine Wall, accommodating up to 14 guests in total. Every room has a four-poster bed (an antique French bed in Moonlight), natural toiletries, a hairdryer, ironing facilities, hypoallergenic pillows on request, and an in-room fridge stocked with complimentary bottled water and a choice of milk. Breakfast is served overlooking the garden, where badgers, foxes, and red squirrels are regular guests, and is plant-forward by design — we cater to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. Ask us about prebooking sweet treats, cocktails, vegan lunches and dinners, an in-room wellness treatment, or time on our yoga deck. We welcome couples, friends, families (children 12+), and solo guests looking to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect. Dogs are welcome by request in our Dreamtime suite only, at an extra charge. We also host small, exclusive-use weddings (up to 60 guests) and bespoke wellness retreats on-site. We're open April to October, with a 2-night minimum stay.

Enchanted Manor sits on the Isle of Wight's southernmost tip, overlooking the historic St Catherine's Lighthouse.
