The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything Montrose has to offer from this central location. A mere 10 minute walk to the train station also gives you access to the cities of Dundee and Aberdeen. Enjoy a round of golf at The Montrose Golf Links, the 5th oldest course in the world or a relaxing walk along the golden sands of Montrose beach. A visit to the local Playhouse Cinema will please the whole family before a meal out at any of a number of local restaurants.
We are only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town where there are a number of restaurants and pubs. The local sports centre boasts a 25m swimming pool, a state of the art fitness gym, squash courts and cafe. The Playhouse Cinema is also within walking distance for those wishing to catch the latest blockbuster movies. The local children’s play park is only a few minutes walk along the mid-links and for rainy days there is a large indoor soft play area only a few minutes walk from the apartment.
