Fairview is located a short drive around 3 miles from central Elgin, in the heart of Moray. Located approximately 45 minutes drive from Inverness and 1hr 45mins from Aberdeen. This property is a log cabin that has full central heating throughout which makes for a snug and cosy living space all year round with uninterrupted views overlooking open countryside in a quiet and peaceful area. Forest walks for all abilities directly from the property. The cabin consists of a fully equipped kitchen with small breakfast bar and stools. In the kitchen there is a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven/grill and electric hob. The lounge has a small 2 seat dining table for additional space for meals, with seating arrangements consisting of a large leather corner sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV. Toilet with wash hand basin and powershower. Bedroom 1 has a small double bed fitted, wardrobe and bedside table and lamp. Please note the bed in this room is not a standard double, it is slightly smaller. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, with built in wardrobes and ample drawers, bedside table/ lamps, flat screen TV and also has a en-suite with a toilet, wash hand basin and large powershower. Utility room is equipped with a washing machine and small countertop freezer. Externally, there is a small storage shed available to use by guests and also an outside seating area. Washing line also installed and parking for 2-3 cars. WiFi available in the property for guests free of charge, currently getting around 30Mbps. Please Note: All guests welcome but to let potential guests be aware, due to ongoing works near the cabin this property may be best suited for workers at the moment. Electric Vehicle Charging now available on site at the property. There is an additional cost for EV Charging per night on top of the nightly fee. This can be paid by bank transfer before or after arrival.
