Lovely private accommodation on pleasant quiet residential road, short drive to airport and NEC. Accommodation comprises of its own separate entrance, private entry hallway, private bathroom with shower and access to shared garden with private patio area and optional outdoor seating. A few min walking distance to Olton Jubilee Park, Ice Rink, selection of shops, restaurants and Take aways on Hobs Moat road. Local pubs are Olton Tavern and Hobs Moat. Olton train station is about 15 min walk.

I tend to communicate via text or app and respond quickly. Just let me know if there is anything you need and I am happy to help. Normally, I do not approach my guests face to face unless it’s required. Feel free to ask questions, or knock on the door - I am just next door.

The accommodation feels spacious and airy, and in summer you can enjoy sitting outside. Located on quiet road. One full car parking space is available for your use.
