The bedroom includes a king‑size with TV, serviced by a shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC. Roadside parking is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. One well‑behaved pet welcome (kept on the ground floor), but sorry, no smoking. A shop and pub are both 0.1 mile away. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
