The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. There is also a washing machine, iron and clothes airers. The living room includes a Smart TV, board games, books and musical instruments. The TV is set up for Netflix/streaming only; live TV channels may not be available. The flat is accessed from the side/rear of the building via a shared rear garden/access area and external concrete stairs. Guests should be comfortable using stairs. Free on-street parking is available nearby, but spaces are not allocated. Exterior CCTV cameras are in place for security. There are no indoor cameras.

The location is practical for guests travelling by public transport, working locally, visiting family, or using the flat as a base for the surrounding area. This is a normal residential neighbourhood rather than a hotel or tourist resort setting, so everyday household or neighbourhood activity may be heard at times. The outside/shared access areas are part of a residential building environment. We arrange regular checks and upkeep where possible, but guests should expect a practical local residential setting rather than a polished serviced-apartment complex.
