The large picture windows in the lounge and bedroom offer undoubtedly some of the best views on the South Coast. The centre of the beautiful fishing village of Polperro is just a few minutes walk.

Polperro is a preserved fisherman's village made up of quirky lanes, pubs, artful shops and cafes. Situated on the South West Coastal Path, its the perfect location to explore this part of South East Cornwall. Many of its visitors are so taken by it, they come back year after year. With the dramatic coastline and turquoise waters in the Summer or the mild but sometimes lively winter climate , Cornwall is truly unique. The village is renowned for its links to smuggling in 17th and 18th Centuries and there are lots of clues to its past as one strolls amongst the historic buildings, the 5 pubs, harbour and local shops. The harbour runs seasonal boat trips to Looe and Fowey, early morning fishing trips plus local boat tours throughout the day, weather permitting. There are some great walks from the village, either explore the Coastal Path, or follows some of the trails in the IWalkCornwall App. Local & Regional bus services are available from the village including Polruan (for Fowey) and linking to the train services in Looe, Liskeard and Plymouth. Local taxis will alsoassist should you wish to leave your car behind.
