1 bedroomed self contained annex, attached to the family home. Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, shower room and 1 double bedroom. On-street parking available. In a quiet cul-de-sac location, close to Graves Park and local shops, Graves Leisure Centre and St James Retail Park 10 mins walk away. Bus route provides easy access to Sheffield town centre and Meadowhall Shopping Centre, also easy access to the Peak District.
