We are locally based and have been working in the property industry since 2008. Available on request are bikes, paddleboards and kayaks.

Spacious 2 bed mid townhouse property 200meters away from pub shop & takeaways. Market towns of Stokesley, Northallerton and Yarm a short drive away. Bustling towns of Middlesbrough and Stockton minutes away. Local attractions such as Preston park and Tees barage white water centre on your doorstep. A great base for accessing the North Yorkshire Moors, Dales and further afield.

Neighborhood info

Ingleby Barwick is a small town on the outskirts of Stockon On Tees and Yarm. Although it's quiet it's only a 10 mins drive from Yarm, Stockton and Midddlesbrough, and 15/20 from Stokesley and Northallerton. Teeside park which is also a 10 minute drive is a shopping centre which has a cinema and bowling complex.Thornaby train station is a 10 minute drive and has direct trains to York and Newcastle.
