Hi, we are Emma and Kerri and we are the founders of Honeycomb Hosts. Along with our husbands, we have lovingly restored Pitkerro Mill and we are now delighted to bring it to you as our latest serviced accommodation. We take great pride in providing a truly satisfying experience for anyone coming to stay in our properties. In our spare time, we are both kept busy with our families and pets, but really enjoy the outdoors and our beautiful surroundings here in Broughty Ferry. We love good food, good experiences and good quality service and we wish that for you, as our guests.

Flour Mill House provides luxury accommodation across three floors and forms part of the beautifully renovated Pitkerro Mill building. This historic 16th-century mill has been meticulously restored, blending its original character with modern comforts to create a unique and unforgettable retreat on the outskirts of Broughty Ferry and Dundee. The property comprises of a large kitchen dining area on the ground floor. This leads to a games room which opens out onto the rear courtyard area. The first floor boasts a large family living area which looks out over the private front garden. There are 4 double bedrooms (3 of which are en-suite) and a further separate cloak room w/c and shower room.

Pitkerro Mill is nestled in the outskirts of Broughty Ferry and Dundee. Whilst you feel like you're a million miles away, you are less than a 5 minute drive to the beautiful seaside destination of Broughty Ferry. The small town is bustling with a colourful collection of boutiques, gifts shops, eateries, traditional taverns and stylish wine bars. Not to mention the 15th Century Castle, expansive beach, play park and nature reserve. Pitkerro Mill also provides easy access to the city's vibrant cultural scene, renowned universities, football stadiums, Discovery Point and picturesque waterfront where the V&A Museum is situated.
