Designed with student living in mind, the property offers modern studio accommodation alongside welcoming social spaces and study areas. Residents benefit from an on-site gym, communal lounge areas and secure access, creating a balanced environment for both academic focus and social life. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ✅ Please be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning or fans. ✅ Please note that this is primarily a Student Accommodation but is used as short-stay accommodations for STUDENTS ONLY. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your Student ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ Please do look after our apartment as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out, this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys. ✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
