Our site is small, friendly and thoughtfully run, making it a welcoming choice for solo travellers, couples, families or friends looking for charm in Norfolk. We are on hand at all times to assist with any questions or concerns our guests might have.

Hidden away from the hustle and bustle, our Shepherd's Hut, Galahad is located next to undisturbed and unspoilt meadowland in tranquil North Norfolk and accommodates up to two adults. In 2026 we've added the ability to accommodate one child with a trundle bed that we'll organise for your stay. Make it a stay for two, or a charming family getaway. Close to woodland walks and the coastal path, this charming and beautifully appointed shepherd's hut is a perfect rural retreat. Wake up to birdsong and unwind in nature. Halcyon offers a full-size double bed, a trundle bed for one child (on request) microwave, fridge, heating, hob, kettle, TV and your own picnic bench. Our Shepherd’s Huts do not have ensuite facilities, but there is shower and toilet facilities nearby with a washing up area tucked in the corner of our meadow - we'll provide you with towels for our shower facilities. Limited Wi-Fi is available in both huts. We also welcome one well behaved dog to join your stay in Galahad for a small additional cost, payable on arrival. Please note dogs are not allowed in our other pod, Halcyon. The site is easily accessed and there is plenty of parking. The steps to the entrance door are steep so care must be taken.

The charming village of Northrepps is just a few minutes' walk away from our Hungry Hill Meadow, where there is a friendly local pub serving excellent food. We are close to the town of Cromer - gem of the Norfolk coast - and to the quaint villages of Overstrand and Mundesley. We have wonderful coastal walks for keen explorers, plenty of independent eateries for tastes of Norfolk and close by to Norfolk favourites Holt and Sheringham. Our accommodation is a brilliant retreat for nature lovers, explorers, stargazers and those seeking tranquillity and charm. A car for transport is recommended, with a bus service in the village as well as in Overstrand, and the nearest railway station less than 3 miles away.
