We have been running our rooms for the last 5 years and have been awarded multiple awards for our accommodation and stays from genuine guests. This is our detached family home beautifully situated 5 minutes from the stunning town of Llangollen. Stunning views across the valley and the canal and overlooking the Eisteddfod. We love having guests in our home and will be welcomed like family when you arrive, during your stay and of course when you finally have to leave. This is our family home which we share with our beautiful Little Jack Russell, Lilly. She is very friendly so be prepared for a very excitable and loving dog on your arrival. We have two types of accommodation listed. The Queen Room (Pink Room) is accessed from our front hallway and staircase which is independent of the family living space, allowing our guests the privacy to come and go as they please. We then have a Studio which is accessed via an outside staircase. Guest access includes the hallway and the bedroom for the Queen Room. Guest Access for the Studio is down the side with an external staircase. The main part of the house is kept for family use only. The Studio (Green) has its own separate kitchen and bathroom. You also have a small patio if you wish to sit out. Parking is outside the house so the car does not have to be moved during your stay. Please note: Whilst breakfast is not included an assortment of teas/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities are in the room as well as biscuits. There are many cafes and bakeries that I can recommend within a few minutes walking distance of the house that serve an assortment of breakfasts at reasonable prices. Our home is strictly a non-smoking household, although you are welcome to smoke outdoors.

Towering high above the Dee Valley and the bustling town of Llangollen, home of the International Eisteddfod, Castell Dinas Bran occupies one of Britain's most spectacular sites. A rugged, foreboding pinnacle, the hillock was the ideal spot to erect a castle. This is 0.9 miles from the accommodation. There are an astonishing range of cafés, bars, pubs restaurants and takeaways to suit everyone. This small town also has a wealth of independent shops to browse and interesting places to visit. Take a stroll along the Victoria Promenade, picnic in the Riverside Park or watch the river tumble down beneath the bridge. For the more energetic there is a whole range of outdoor activities. If you just want to relax, let the train take the strain and ride on the steam railway or experience peace and tranquility, gliding along the canal on a horse-drawn boat. Llangollen is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site along eleven miles of canal from Gledrid to the Horseshoe Falls via the spectacular Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. We look forward to meeting you.......
