Garden Cottage consists of a kitchen with a range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting area with woodburning stove and smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bath, a ground-floor double with en-suite wet room, a double with en-suite walk-in shower, and a family room with three singles and en-suite walk-in shower, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is a private lawn, a shared gravelled area with furniture and surrounding grounds with a hot tub, plus ample off-road parking available. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Kerry is a small village which nestles in the lovely Vale of Kerry, centrally located in Mid Wales and close to the borders with Shropshire.
