The Garden Annexe has been recently renovated to a very high standard, offering a boutique-style space that is both elegant and exceptionally comfortable. I provide high-quality bed linen, luxury towels, and complimentary toiletries, and the annexe is cleaned to a professional standard to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for every stay. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, microwave, and fridge freezer - ideal for light breakfast and light meals during your stay. The Lodge also benefits from underfloor heating throughout, its own WiFi connection, and a smart TV with Apple TV, Netflix, and Prime available. Parking is freely available outside the property. The Lodge is situated within my garden. The garden itself is not included as part of the accommodation, allowing both you and me to enjoy our own private space. However, if you would like to use the garden during your stay, please let me know in advance. When it's available, I'll always do my best to accommodate your request.

Walton-on-Thames is a well-connected and convenient Surrey town, set along the River Thames with lovely riverside walks, independent cafés, and The Heart shopping centre right in the middle of town. It offers the best of both worlds, a relaxed, residential feel while still being close to everything. Hampton Court Palace is just a short drive away, and there’s a fast train into London in around 25 minutes. It’s also only about 10 miles from Heathrow Airport, making travel simple and convenient. Walton-on-Thames is also well located for events and days out, with easy access to Wimbledon and Ascot Racecourse, both within comfortable driving distance.
