The living areas in this holiday home consist of a studio-style layout with super-king-size bed, kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dining table for two and sitting area with Sky TV, all serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a south facing courtyard with furniture, barbecue, fire pit and lockable bike storage. Within 1.7 miles there is a shop and 1.9 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Explore the countryside at Granary Loft. Note: Logs are provided for the fire pit. Note: Access is via a 0.25-mile farm track and external stairs. We are conveniently located close to both Harlaxton Manor and Belvoir Castle, both of which feature a variety of unique shops and galleries created by local artists. Within half an hour's drive of Croxton Kerrial, you can reach any of five historic market towns, as well as Rutland Water, the largest man-made lake in the United Kingdom, ideal for bird watching, water sports, and angling. Historic cities like Nottingham and Lincoln are only a short drive from here, and the nearest access to the A1 is less than 5 miles away.
