The cottage is child friendly with a range of baby and toddler equipment available to book (this includes a travel cot, high chair, toddler bathroom step x 2, play mat, changing mat, baby bath, toddler cutlery/crockery, messy mat). The front door leads into a hallway with doors to the large open plan living/dining room and kitchen; there's also a cloakroom and conservatory on the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms (1 king, 1 double and 1 twin) and a bathroom. The enclosed garden to the rear is spread across different levels, with a table and chairs. The village of Reydon is adjoined to Southwold, one of north Suffolk's most beautiful and popular seaside towns. The market town of Southwold is known for its iconic whitewashed working lighthouse, restored pier, brightly coloured beach huts and the harbour where you can purchase freshly caught fish for your tea. The areas surrounding Reydon and Southwold offer many places to visit, whilst walkers, cyclists, and bird watchers can enjoy the beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coastline with unspoilt heath lands and nature reserves including RSPB Minsmere.
