Harbour View is a spacious and charming two-bedroom apartment offering two floors of living space with panoramic views of the harbour in a Grade II listed building in the centre of the Georgian town of Aberaeron.
The apartment is facing the sea and harbour with plenty of natural light. The front door is coming out onto the main road and is only 2 minute walk from the bus stop so is very easy to find. With easy access to shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and take-aways.
Harbour View is completely self-contained, and you will have full and sole use of the flat for the duration of your stay. The apartment is in the middle of a cluster of 3-storey historic townhouses situated right next the bridge over the river Aeron.
The entrance opens into a landing with a flight of stairs leading up to the first floor where you will find:
A living room with a TV, a sofa and a couple of chairs,
A fitted modern kitchen comprising of a built-in oven, electric hob, small fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster. There is a dining area for four in the kitchen with a lovely view over the bridge, river and harbour.
A shower room and a separate WC.
There are two light and airy double bedrooms , one with a king size bed and the other with a double bed, and a room for reflective practice, all located on the second floor.
I am an artist, mum and an entrepreneur living and working in Aberaeron, West Wales. I draw inspiration for my artwork from my natural environment and I feel very fortunate to live in such scenic location. Wherever I have time, I love walking and exploring its natural beauty.
