Welcome to our charming Victorian home, built in 1850 and full of original features like marble fireplaces, detailed cornices, and a graceful winding staircase. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (one can be converted into a bedroom with a sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, and a downstairs toilet. Guests also enjoy private front and back entrances, offering both comfort and independence. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, or families, the home is spacious, characterful, and thoughtfully arranged to make your stay relaxing and memorable. A wonderful base for exploring the area or simply enjoying peaceful time away in a beautiful historic setting.
Our property is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the Rothesay ferry terminal and within easy reach of local shops, cafés, and restaurants. Situated right on the waterfront, the house offers stunning views of the bay, where you can watch boats, ferries, and even the historic Waverley paddle steamer pass by during the summer season.
