-Late checkout is subject to the confirmation of the property and is chargeable at £10 per hour, with 14:00 being the possible latest checkout. Minimum 24 hours notice required and needs to be booked in advance. If guests check out late without prior arrangement, additional fees may apply.

-Garden is only accessible to deluxe 2-bedroom apartment

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
