Oak & Hazel are modern self-catering flats within Heath Row Barn. Situated in a rural location, with stunning views, on the outside of the small village of Ashe. With two bedrooms and a spacious living area, it is perfectly situated to enjoy country walks while close enough to Overton which has a large range of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. A great place to get away from it all and enjoy the countryside, while still being close to amenities. Dogs may be allowed, subject to our Pet policy.

We help manage our family farm, on which Heath Row Barn is situated. We have 2 teenage children as well as 3 dogs, 2 cats, horses, sheep and 5 guinea fowl.! We enjoy the countryside and all it has to offer.

Heath Row Barn on a hill top with views down the Test Valley, famous for its trout fishing. Ashe has strong links to Jane Austen who was brought up in the neighbouring village of Steventon. There are walks straight out of the door with links to many footpaths including the Wayfarers Walk and along Hampshrie Downland. Local attractions include Bombay Sapphire, Whitchurch Silk Mill, Indoor skydiving, Winchester, Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) and many more. The village of Overton 1 1/2 miles is accessable by footpath or road and contains local shops, including an excellent butcher, greengrocer and bakery as well as a small supermarket, gift shops, coffee shops, pubs, and several take aways.
