The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with range cooker, microwave, 2 x fridge, freezer, dishwasher, double butler sink, dining seating for 14, a boot room/utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, a drawing room with double-fronted woodburning stove and a 32” Smart TV, a library with open fire, and a boot room. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suite bathrooms, a ground-floor double, a double with en-suite rolltop bath, two twins with en-suite shower room, and a bunk room, along with a ground-floor wet room. Outside, there are enclosed gardens with lawns, furniture and BBQ, as well as off-road parking for five cars. Within 3.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.9 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Linen, tea towels, fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. To enjoy the local wildlife and dark skies please use outdoor lights sparingly and limit noise.
