Patio door leads out to the smart rear courtyard with garden furniture. •Log burning stove for those cosy nights in. Bedrooms: •Bedroom one on the first floor with twin beds, chest of drawers and hanging space. •Bedroom two on the first floor has king size bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. •Bedroom three (master) is on the second floor takes up all of this floor with an en-suite bathroom. King size bed, sofa, wardrobe, dressing table and views over the rooftops to the fells. Bathrooms: •First floor family bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. •First floor en-suite shower room for bedroom 2 with walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. •Second floor luxurious space en-suite to the master bedroom. Freestanding double-ended bath, shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Outdoor Space: •Good sized patio with seating to the rear. •Parking for one car in the local long stay car park, permit provided.
