By booking our flat, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional charges

**Damages**: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Costs for damages will be assessed and charged

**Early check-in or late check-out** may be arranged upon request for £30

 **Additional Cleaning**: If the flat is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of £100 will be charged

** Please drop off the key at the Key pick up box ** Lost Keys fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys to cover the cost of replacement and locksmith services.

**Fire Safety**: Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. In case of a fire, follow the emergency exit plan provided

**Personal Belongings**: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure

For any questions or concerns during your stay, please contact us through the booking platform messaging system

 *No Smoking:* Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. This is a residential area, when smoking outside, please avoid smoking at the neighbor's window.

**Lock Doors and Windows**: For your safety, please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.

**Fire Safety**: Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. In case of a fire, follow the emergency exit plan provided.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £262 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
