Property info

1869 is a luxurious room only Guest House in the centre of Ambleside. Everything is on our doorstep, from restaurants to walks. Our rooms are large, airy and decorated to a high standard. We have bathrobes and slippers to help you unwind after a day out in the Lake District. Each room has superior quality features including King Size beds and beautiful duvets as well as soft, fluffy towels in each en-suite! We do not have anyone onsite full time at the guesthouse and it is check in via keycode but we are just a phone call away.
