This path is perfect for both walkers and cyclists and covers over 60 miles along the River Spey. If you fancy a slightly shorter walk, Linn Falls is certainly a worth a visit. There are numerous walking opportunities in this wonderful, scenic area. Bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts will love the abundance of species that can be seen. The historical town of Aberlour is in an ideal location, centrally situated to visit all the areas of interest that Moray has to offer. One of the main attractions is the Malt Whisky Trail with several distilleries within easy driving distance. You can enjoy local produce from the area with a handful of eateries just a short walk from the property. Aberlour is also home to the famous Walkers Shortbread and no stay here would be complete without a visit to the factory shop. The cottage sits on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park with beautiful scenery that can be enjoyed all year round, with easy access to skiing during the winter months or hiking and cycling in the summer.
