Family Schedule: I welcome guests between 4:00pm and 7:00pm, by appointment only. The last appointment is 6:45pm. Ensure that your arrival is planned within these hours so you can settle in comfortably before I close for the evening. Late check-in is not available.

Highland Rooms is a small, family-run guest house located just minutes' walk from all the best Ullapool has to offer. The rooms are spacious, unique and comfortable. For 'Superior Double/Twin' bookings, the standard bed configuration is Twin. Please request a Super King at least 48 hours prior to arrival if required. As this is our family home, specific room numbers and interior details vary, giving each room its own unique character!
